Colorado Springs, Colorado – April 18, 2019 – After 18 years in business, the Rib & Chop House — well known for its Certified Angus Beef steaks, fresh seafood, award-winning babyback ribs — has found a new home in Colorado Springs. Established in Livingston, Montana in 2001, the family-friendly steakhouse is excited about the opportunity to open in a town as vibrant as Colorado Springs, and to serve the great folks of Colorado.
Located on the corner of Powers and Dublin, the new restaurant will become the company’s 10th Rib & Chop House. With existing locations in Montana, Utah and Wyoming, this will be the first Colorado opening.
Colorado’s Rib & Chop House plans to open on Monday, April 29th, 2019. Hours of operations will be 11:00am – 10:00pm, Sunday – Thursday and 11:00am – 11:00pm, Friday and Saturday. Happy hour will be 3:00-7:00pm and 9:00pm – close, Monday – Friday.
The menu will offer all the customer favorites that have helped the concept grow, including a small plates menu, a seasonal select menu and daily specials. The bar will feature specialty drinks, famous Chop House margaritas, 30 craft beers on tap, sports coverage on HD big screens and smiling bartenders.
