Here at the Rib and Chop House we love our community. It’s you guys that have kept our doors open since the early 2000’s and have allowed us to become a community restaurant. We are often flooded with praise, questions and even suggestions for improvements, and we are thankful for all of them! In turn with all you guys have given to us we are sharing our ‘top secret’ recipes with you.
These are all our in house made and most asked for recipes. No secrets with these secret recipes!
Up first! Our Blue Cheese dressing. You can find this on our chicken wings and salad! It’s a sour cream based dressing that combines a perfect amount of blue cheese crumbles, garlic and mayo.
Our next favorite and often requested recipe is squash casserole. Get this as any side to your entree and immediately realize why it’s a customer favorite.
Our stuffed mushroom recipe hasn’t been featured on the menu in quite awhile, but that doesn’t stop it from being one of our favorites to talk about. This is a family recipe that that has been handed down from generation to generation and our sister restaurant, TJ Ribs located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is the first place it made it’s public debut.
