Shake things up this summer with the Rib and Chop House cocktails. If you can’t make it to Montana or Wyoming to enjoy our Summer cocktails – no need to worry! We want to share some of our favorite recipes with you so you can enjoy them anytime and anywhere.
A refreshing twist on your simple gin and tonic.
Ingredients: 3 oz Hendrick’s Gin, a few leaves of fresh basil, 6 cucumber slices, 1 lime slice, and tonic water
Directions: In a tall glass muddle cucumber, fresh basil, cucumber slices and a few ice cubes. Top off with more ice and tonic water. Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy on a hot day (preferably by the river or on the front porch).
Pama Liqueur and all of the cosmo essentials.
Ingredients: 3 oz Pama liqueur, 3 oz of your favorite vodka, splash of triple sec, splash of cranberry juice, lime juice, lime
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy with good company.
