E-Gift Card FAQ’s:
1. I have not received my e-gift card or purchase confirmation?
Check your spam/junk folder… if you do not find an email in your junk folder, call us at 406-551-4982 or email gift-certs@ribandchophouse.com and we will resend your e-card. Note, our e-gift card provider has experienced delivery issues with these providers: Bresnan, Cox and Charter.
2. I’m not seeing a QR code in my email?
If your QR code is not displaying in the email, look for a 19-digit code in the email and present this at the restaurant to redeem your e-gift card. Older email software programs do not always display QR codes.
3. During a promotion, I have received my e-gift card, but not my promotional card?
