When is customer service available for gift card related questions?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. If you need assistance after hours leave us a voicemail 406-551-4982 or email at gift-certs@ribandchophouse.com and we will get back to you the next business day.
How do I check my balance?
In the middle of the gift card page there is a red ribbon that says “Already have a gift card? Check your balance here.” Your pin is the 4-digit number on the right hand side of the back of your card.
What if I don’t get a QR code with my E-Card?
You may not receive a QR code, but instead will receive an email with a depiction of our traditional card with the card number and pin.
What if I don’t receive my E-Card
Please check your junk/spam and deleted folder, if you have checked those folders and still don’t see your card, email us at gift-certs@ribandchophouse.com or call our office and we will re-send it for you.
How do I ship a traditional card to someone other than myself?
When you reach the checkout page you will see a blue box with a check mark directly below the billing address, click that box and a drop down will appear for a separate shipping address.
I haven’t received my physical gift card in the mail yet.
If you have selected USPS shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for the card to arrive. If you haven’t received it within 10 days, please email gift-certs@ribandchophouse.com or call our office.
