Our dining room is OPEN daily from 11:00am – 10:00pm. Premium steaks, fresh seafood, and award-winning baby back ribs in a family-friendly atmosphere. The Rib & Chop House was founded in Livingston, Montana in 2001. Since our humble beginnings, we’ve opened numerous Rib & Chop House restaurants in Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah.
